Ingredients to make Banana Neem flower Cutlet

  • 1 big raw banana
  • 1 tbsp neem flowers
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp Besan
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp chilly powder
  • 6 garlic cloves
  • Soya chunks 1/2 cup

How to make Banana Neem flower Cutlet

  1. Boil raw banana in a cup of water.Peel the banana and keep it aside.
  2. Smash the banana.Add besan,neem flowers,chilly powder,coriander powder,cumin powder,chopped garlic, salt to it and mix it well.
  3. Make small balls out of the mixture and keep it aside.
  4. Roll the mixture balls on soya chunk powder and turn those into cutlet shape.
  5. Pour the oil in a frying pan and fry the cutlet till it turns golden brown color.
  6. Repeat the step for rest cutlets and it is ready.
  7. You can have it as a evening snack or in your meal.
