Ingredients to make Melting Chocolates

  • Milk Powder - 1 cup
  • Cocoa Powder - Half cup
  • sugar - 1 cup
  • butter - 2 tbsp

How to make Melting Chocolates

  1. 1. Dissolve sugar in 1 cup water and in medium flame bring to a 1 string consistency.
  2. 2. Add the milk powder and cocoa powder into the sugar syrup.
  3. Add in butter.
  4. Keep stirring until the mixture becomes semi thick.
  5. Leave in room temperature to cool up.
  6. Place them in moulds or shape them.
  7. Refrigerate for 3 - 4 hours.

My Tip:

Mix the milk powder and cocoa powder to avoid both crumbli inside rhw sugar syrup.
