Ingredients to make Eggless Banana Choco Cooker Cake

  • Ripe bananas - 2
  • 1 and 1/2 Cup maida
  • 1 Cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 Cup oil or butter
  • 1/2 Cup milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla essence
  • 4 tsp Chocolate powder

How to make Eggless Banana Choco Cooker Cake

  1. Add maida, baking powder and baking soda in a bowl and mix them well. Mash the bananas and add oil, sugar powder, chocolate powder, milk and vanilla essence to it. Mix them well.
  2. Fold it in a similar direction to make a smooth batter. Add salt to the cooker and put it on the flame for 5 minutes. Grease the tin and pour the batter into the tin.
  3. Tap the tin for 2-3 times and put it in the cooker. Remove the whistle of the cooker. Cook it for about 40 minutes on the low flame. And then check it with the help of a toothpick.
  4. Remove the tin from the cooker and put the cake out on a plate.

My Tip:

Remove the whistle before putting the lid to the cooker.
