Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. \n one and half cup whole wheat flour
  2. \n three fourth cup oats grind into powder
  3. \n 1 mashed banana (if using small then 2)
  4. \n half cup milk
  5. \n three fourth cup fresh curd
  6. \n 1 and half tsp baking powder
  7. \n one fourth tsp baking soda
  8. \n 1 tsp vanilla essence
  9. \n black and green raisins 1tsp each
  10. \n badam and pistachio flakes
  11. \n half cup sugar if you want sweet add more
  12. \n olive oil three fourth cup
  13. \n grease tin by applying butter and dusting flour \n

Instructions

  1. In a bowl seive all dry ingredients
  2. except sugar
  3. in another bowl take mashed banana
  4. add all wet ingredients,raisins,flakes
  5. now add wet ingredients to dry one
  6. now just fold the mixture with spatula
  7. do not mix it with spoon
  8. gently fold from downwards to upward
  9. pour batter in greasd tin,sprinkle flakes
  10. tap the tin 8-10 times
  11. bake this cake in preheated oven
  12. for 35 minutes
  13. pls keep eye on baking
  14. insert toothpick if comes out clean
  15. cake is baked
  16. let it cool down completely
  17. remove on wire rack
  18. drizzle some honey over it
  19. cut into slice
