My Tip:I prepared barley flour by roasting barley dalia and powdered it using mixie. If you don't get barley flour u can prepare as i did. Roast the dalia to golden brown color and then powder the same. Also, you can add poha to the dough to get softness. Soak poha for 30 minutes then smash it well with your hands and then add to the given ingredients.
