Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 raw bananas
  2. 1 cup grated paneer
  3. 1 tsp groundnuts
  4. 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  5. 1/4 tsp garam masala powder
  6. 1/2 tsp chat masala
  7. Ginger 1/2 inch in length ( optional)
  8. Salt (according to taste)
  9. Oil for frying
  10. 2 tablespoon oats atta or cornflour

Instructions

  1. Take raw bananas and grate them
  2. Add paneer and all the masalas
  3. Add crushed groundnuts
  4. Make the round gulguley
  5. Heat the oil
  6. Coat the gulguleys with oats atta or cornflour
  7. Fry all the gulguleys one by one
  8. Serve hot with imly ki chutney with banana
