ABOUT Micro dhokla RECIPE

This very short method and easy way to cook for teenagers and Student who live abroad.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 250 gm Ready made better of Dhokla
  2. 1 tsp Eno
  3. Salt to taste
  4. 1 tsp green chilly and Ginger paste
  5. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  6. 6 silicone mould

Instructions

  1. Take Dhokla batter add Eno.
  2. Add salt, chilli, ginger paste mix it.
  3. Pour in silicone mould
  4. Sprinkle red chilly powder
  5. Transfer it in the microwave for 2 minutes.
  6. Check it.
  7. Micro for further 2 minutes.
  8. Dhokla is ready to serve.
  9. Rest for 1 minutes in microwave and serve
