Ingredients to make Whole wheat eggless banana bread

  • sugar 3/4th cup
  • yogurt 1/2 cup
  • oil 1/2 cup
  • 3 bananas
  • whole wheat flour 2 cup
  • baking soda 1/2 tsp
  • baking powder 1/2 tsp

How to make Whole wheat eggless banana bread

  1. Preheat the oven at 180℃. Grease the pan with butter and flour. Mash the bananas nicely and keep it aside. Take wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt and sieve it together. In a bowl mix sugar, oil and yogurt thoroughly
  2. So that oil doesn't look separated. Add wheat flour mixture and mix it completely. Fold the bananas slowly. Don't over mix, it will make your bread tough. Add vanilla extract.
  3. Pour the mixture into the greased pan and sprinkle dry fruits and tutti fruity on the top. Tap it down 2 times and bake it at 180℃ for 45-50 mins. Check it with a toothpick. If it comes out clean then it's done
  4. Let it rest for 20-25 mins and then slice it and enjoy

My Tip:

You can add dry fruits like walnuts and pecans in the bread
