Kache Kela aur Gajar Kofta

Ingredients to make Kache Kela aur Gajar Kofta

  • Raw banana: 1 (boiled, peeled, and mashed)
  • Carrot: 1 (grated and peeled)
  • Turmeric powder: 1/8 tsp
  • Coriander powder: 1 tsp
  • Chaat masala: ½ tsp
  • Cumin seeds: ¼ tsp
  • Salt as per taste
  • Oil for cooking the koftas

How to make Kache Kela aur Gajar Kofta

  1. Mix together raw banana, carrot, coriander powder, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, chaat masala, and salt.
  2. Make 6-7 small balls from the dough.
  3. Heat appam pan. Grease it.
  4. Keep the dough balls into the cavities of the pan.
  5. Cover it and let cook for about 4-5 minutes.
  6. Flip and again cook for 3-4 minutes.
  7. Take out on a plate.
  8. Serve hot with chutney, ketchup etc.
  9. Yummy “Kache Kela and Gajar Kofta” is ready!
My Tip: I did not add chili to the koftas. You can add as per your taste. These koftas can be deep fried also.
