ABOUT Banana Curd Raita ( Go Bananas) RECIPE

This raita is a perfect blend of sweet and spice tempered with mustard seed powder and green chillies.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Fresh Crud 100 gm
  2. Banana 1 big
  3. Coarsely grained mustard seeds 1/4 tsp
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Chopped chills 1 tsp
  6. Chopped coriander 1 tbs
  7. Super 1 tsp if required

Instructions

  1. Chopped banana into small slices. Keep all the ingredients ready.
  2. Mix all ingredients well. If you like add sugar also.
  3. Banana Curd Raita is ready to serve with roti or paratha.
