Eggless Whole Wheat Choco Cake

Ingredients to make Eggless Whole Wheat Choco Cake

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tin condensed milk
  • 2/3 cup melted butter
  • 150ml water
  • 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Essence
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 teaspoon baking powder
  • Hershey's chocolate syrup for garnishing

How to make Eggless Whole Wheat Choco Cake

  1. In a bowl sift thrice the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and baking powder.
  2. In another bowl mix melted butter, condensed milk, vanilla essence and water.
  3. Now gradually mix the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix well still smooth.
  4. Grease a cake mould with butter and dust the flour (remove excess flour).
  5. Pour the prepared batter to the mould and bake it in a preheated oven for 25 minutes at 160 degrees.
  6. Insert a tooth pick to check whether it's cooked fully.
  7. Cool it completely and pour chocolate syrup on top and serve.

My Tip:

You can cut the cake into half and apply chocolate syrup on the bottom cake and top with the other half of the cake .
