Ingredients to make Banana deasert

  • 3 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup maida
  • 1 tsp saunf
  • A pinch of salt
  • 2 elaichi crushed
  • 5 pc cashew nuts crushed
  • 10 pc kishmish/raisins
  • 2 tsp cornflour
  • 1/3 baking powder
  • Oil for deep frying
  • 1 tsp ghee

How to make Banana deasert

  1. Take a bowl and mash banana and all other items to it. Mix it well.
  2. Heat oil for deep frying the above mixture.
  3. Put tsp of this mixture and fry at a medium heat. Cook till color turns to golden brown.
  4. Remove from heat and serve with dark chocolate.
