Egg-less Banana Yogurt Pancake

Ingredients to make Egg-less Banana Yogurt Pancake

  • Wheat Flour - 1 Cup
  • Refined flour- 1/2 cup
  • Yoghurt - 1 cup
  • Sugar - 1/2 cup
  • Bananas - 2 ripe ones
  • Baking pd.- 1.5 tsp
  • Baking soda - 1 tsp
  • Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp
  • A pinch of salt
  • Milk - 1/2 - 3/4 th cup(as required to prepare a smooth batter)

How to make Egg-less Banana Yogurt Pancake

  1. First mix wheat flour, refined flour, baking powder and soda. Pass through sieve and keep aside.
  2. Take yogurt, add sugar and mix well.
  3. Mash the bananas with a fork and add to the yogurt.
  4. Now gradually add the flour mixture to the yogurt mix. Add milk to get a smooth batter of slightly pouring consistency.
  5. Finally add salt, vanilla essence.
  6. Leave the batter for 10 mins.
  7. Meanwhile heat a non- stick pan.Grease with little oil and pour a ladle full of the batter into it.Cook in low-med flame.You can see bubbles on top of the pancake. Carefully flip over and cook for another 2- 3 mins.
  8. Serve hot with honey.
My Tip: Use a fork to mash the bananas.This method gives a smooth mixture else even when you use a blender,small lumps of bananas are left.
