Ingredients to make Plantain (kacche kele) ke kebabs

  • Plantain or raw banana 1large
  • Boiled potato 2 medium
  • Onion chopped 1/2 cup
  • Green chillies 2 chopped
  • Coriander leaves chopped 2 tablespoon
  • salt as per taste
  • Roasted and Ground peanuts 2 tablespoons
  • Besan 1 tablespoon
  • Breadcrumbs 2-3 tablespoons
  • Fennel seeds powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Cumin powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
  • Garam Masala Powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil to shallow fry

How to make Plantain (kacche kele) ke kebabs

  1. Boil raw banana and potato and keep it aside for cooling to realize it's gluten.
  2. Grate them in a bowl now add the above listed ingredients except oil.
  3. Divide the dough into equal parts and then flat then in the shape of kebab.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry all the kebabs golden from both sides.
  5. Take them out and serve with mint chutney and onion rings.
My Tip: Sprinkle some chat masala when you took out them from pan.
