Easy Crepe

Ingredients to make Easy Crepe

  • 1/2 cup Maida
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • salt as per taste
  • 1/2 tbsp butter
  • Bechamel sauce for garnishing
  • Coriander for garnishing
  • Grated cheese for garnishing

How to make Easy Crepe

  1. Measure out maida and salt into a bowl. Add eggs and milk and mix well.
  2. Mix the batter well untill lump free and watery
  3. Now, add the butter on low heat to a pan or tawa
  4. Pour in the batter onto a pan on low heat. Swirl the pan till the edges
  5. Let it cook till light brown and the sides are coming off. Flip using spatula or your hand.
  6. Transfer to your plate
  7. Add bechamel sauce and onions
  8. Fold and add bechamel sauce, grated cheese and seasoning on top
  9. Zap in the microwave for 45 seconds. Garnish with coriander
