Oats- Banana Tikki

Ingredients to make Oats- Banana Tikki

  • Oat flour- 1 cup
  • Wheat flour- 1 cup
  • Banana – 1
  • sugar powder – 1 cup
  • dry grated coconut – ¼ cup
  • green cardamom powder – ½ tea spoon
  • clarified butter – 1 cup
  • Almond – 25 gm
  • cashew nut – 25 gm
  • Raisin – 25 gm
  • poppy seeds – 1 tea spoon
  • salt – 1 pinch

How to make Oats- Banana Tikki

  1. Coarsely grind the oats into the mixer & peel of the bananas and smash it.
  2. Take a big bowl add coarsely oats flour, wheat flour, smash banana, sugar powder, dry grated coconut , green cardamom powder – ½ tea spoon, clarified butter, Almond, Cashew nut, Raisin, 2 tea spoon butter& salt mix it well
  3. Then add some water as per required and make a tight dough.
  4. Take small lump of dough and make a round shape tikki & tenderly press poppy seeds both sides.
  5. Heat a pan and spread some butter and put a on tikki and shallow fry both side till golden brown. (While cooking tikki cover with led on pan so that tikki cooked softly.)
  6. Place all banana tikki in plate and decorate the plate with dry fruits & serve all.
