2-Ingredient Nana Ice Cream

Ingredients to make 2-Ingredient Nana Ice Cream

  • Almonds- 10
  • Oil- 1/2 tsp
  • 2 pinches -Cinnamon powder
  • 1 Banana chilled
  • 1/2 tsp honey

How to make 2-Ingredient Nana Ice Cream

  1. Freeze banana for 3-4 hours.
  2. Dry roast almonds and allow them to cool.
  3. Grind them to powder, keeping aside a few for garnishing.
  4. Add cinnamon powder and oil to the almond powder and run everything in a food processor until you get creamy texture. This is your almond butter.
  5. Now take out the banana from the freezer and cut into thin slices.
  6. Throw banana slices into the jar that has almond butter.
  7. Run the processor until banana gets mashed completely.
  8. Add 1 tsp of honey if you want it sweeter and run the processor again to combine everything.
  9. Pour into kulfi moulds and garnish with almond flakes. Allow the kulfi to chill for 3-4 hours.
  10. Enjoy nana ice cream guilt free.
My Tip: Almond butter along with cinnamon makes a delicious combination, adding a nutty flavor to this recipe.
