ABOUT Ilish Biryani RECIPE

Yummy fish biryani that is easy to make and great in taste!

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Basmati rice 1 kg
  2. Ilish Fish 6 pieces
  3. Biryani masala - 5-6 tbsp
  4. Onion 2
  5. Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 tsp
  6. ghee - 1/4 cup
  7. Salt - as per taste
  8. Dahi - 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. Wash and soak the rice for 1 hour.
  2. Heat ghee in a pan, add onions and ginger garlic paste, saute. Next add the Ilish pieces and pan fry.
  3. Add dahi and biryani masala and season with salt.
  4. Add rice to the fish and cook on dum till done.
