Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 bowl rice
  2. 1 bowl mix dhuli daal (chana moong urad)
  3. 1 bowl lentils
  4. 20 flakes garlic
  5. 6 green chillies
  6. asafoetida (optional)
  7. 1 spoon cumin
  8. refined or mustard oil
  9. salt (according to taste)

Instructions

  1. Mix daal and rice and soak overnight. you can soak for 3 hours also.
  2. Next day, add all the ingredients and grind it to make a batter.
  3. Add salt and leave for 10 minutes.
  4. Heat a non-stick pan and put the paste on it and spread it and cook on both sides .
  5. Serve hot with green chutney.
