Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1 bowl (250 g) shredded cauliflower
  2. 1 litre milk
  3. 250 g sugar
  4. cardamom powder 1/2 spoon
  5. saffron (according to your choice)
  6. 100 g mix dry fruits ( cashewnut almond raisin pistachio)
  7. 1 tablespoon desi ghee

Instructions

  1. Boil milk till it thickens.
  2. Add small pieces of dry fruits.
  3. Cook shredded cauliflower in desi ghee on high flame for 2 minutes
  4. Add cauliflower in boiling milk and stir for 5 minutes.
  5. Turn off gas and add cardamom powder in it.
  6. Keep in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  7. After 30 minutes, take it out and serve chilled.
