ABOUT Kache Kele ki Wafers RECIPE

Wafers are everyone's favorite. These raw banana wafers are very yummy. The important point to remember here is that while frying the wafers add a tablespoon of salt and turmeric water into the oil. Of course this procedure makes the stove dirty but trust me; after tasting the wafers you won't mind cleaning that little extra mess.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Raw banana: 1 (peeled)
  2. Oil for frying
  3. Salt: 1 tsp
  4. Turmeric powder: 1/4 tsp
  5. Water: 1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. In a bowl mix together water, turmeric powder, and salt.
  2. Heat oil in a kadai and directly slice the raw banana into thin slices into the oil.
  3. When the chips are half done add 1 tablespoon of prepared water.
  4. Fry until crisp.
  5. Tasty “Kache kele ki chips” are ready!
