Ingredients to make paneer ke ande in noodles basket

  • Paneer grated- 200 gm
  • Cornflour- 1tsp
  • Maida-1tbs
  • Oil for frying
  • Bhuna besan -2 tbsp
  • Ginger-garlic n chilly paste- 1/2 tsp
  • Chat masala- 1/2 tsp
  • Boiled noodles- 2 cups
  • Schezuan sauce- as required

How to make paneer ke ande in noodles basket

  1. Grate paneer, add cornflour, maida and salt, mix well.
  2. In pan pour 1 tsp oil, add ginger- garlic paste, add besan n salt n chat masala and add 1/2 cup of water. Make a dough, cool it then shape into small balls.
  3. Make noodles basket with the help of two steel tea stainers, one strainer should be small n the other one big. Put noodles in the big strainer n press with small stainer. Deep fry, noodles basket is ready.
  4. Shape paneer into a big oval shape ball n stuff besan inside (small ball) and fry it.
  5. Serve noodles basket with schezuan sauce and paneer ande.
My Tip: Serve with-Hung curd mixed with green chutney
