Ingredients to make Kache Kele ki Khichadi

  • Raw banana: 1 ½ (boiled, peeled, and grated)
  • Groundnuts (moongfali): ¼ cup
  • cumin seeds: ½ tsp
  • Green chili: 1 (chopped)
  • curry leaves: 4-5
  • Laung powder: ¼ tsp
  • Black pepper powder: ¼ tsp
  • oil: 1 Tbsp
  • lemon juice: ½ tbsp
  • coriander leaves: 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
  • raisins: 5-6
  • almond sliver: 1 tbsp
  • salt as per taste

How to make Kache Kele ki Khichadi

  1. Heat oil in a kadai. Add cumin seeds and fry for a few seconds.
  2. Add green chili and curry leaves and fry for a few seconds.
  3. Add groundnuts and fry for some time.
  4. Add black pepper powder and laung powder and mix well.
  5. Add raw banana and salt. Mix well.
