Baked Masala Gujiya / Pizza Wali Gujiya

Ingredients to make Baked Masala Gujiya / Pizza Wali Gujiya

  • maida 1 cup
  • salt to taste
  • Suji 1 tblspn
  • ghee 3 tblspn
  • Milk as need for kneading dough
  • For stuffing
  • Finely chopped onion 1
  • Finely chopped shimla mirch 1
  • paneer chopped 1/2 cup
  • Boiled Sweet corn 2 tblspn
  • salt pepper as per taste
  • Oregano/ pizza seasoning
  • Grated cheese 1/2 cup
  • Mayonnaise 2 tblspn

How to make Baked Masala Gujiya / Pizza Wali Gujiya

  1. Knead a semi soft dough using milk. And keep aside for 10 mins.
  2. Mix all the veggies and spices together. Add mayonnaise. Mix well. Add grated Cheese.
  3. Roll out small puri from the dough. Around 12-15 puris will come out.
  4. Stuff 2 tsp filling in puri.
  5. Stick with water at the ends and Fold in gujiya shape.
  6. Arrange in baking tray. Brush with milk.
  7. Bake at 170 degree for 30 mins or till gets brown crust. Serve hot.

My Tip:

You can change the stuffing. Make aloo gujiya or paneer gujiya. Also can deep fry.
