Ingredients to make Steamed scrambled eggs

  • 2 Eggs
  • salt as per taste
  • Pepper as per taste
  • 1/2 tbsp butter
  • Parsley for garnishing

How to make Steamed scrambled eggs

  1. Put water to boil in a pan
  2. Add eggs, salt and pepper and butter in a bowl. Make sure the size of the bowl is such that it sits on the pan without getting completely immersed.
  3. Once the water started to boil, place the bowl on top of the pan
