  • BOILED RAW banana PIECES- 2 CUPS
  • onion PIECES - 1 /2 CUP
  • salt TO TASTE
  • turmeric POWDER
  • DHANIYA POWDER - 1 SPOON
  • kaju POWDER- 2 SPOONS
  • ginger AND GREEN MIRCHI PIECES- 2 SPOONS
  • gram flour - 1/4 KG
  • oil TO DEEP FRY
  • curry leaves, CORIANDER AND PUDINA LEAVES- 2 SPOONS

How to make RAW BANANA BONDA

  1. TAKE A BOWL ADD RAW BANANA MASHED, NEXT ADD SALT, GINGER, TURMERIC POWDER ,ONIONS, CHILLI, CURRY AND CORIANDER LEAVES
  2. TAKE A ROUND SHAPE OF THE BANANA MIX
  3. TAKE ONE BOWL ADD GRAM FLOUR, SALT AND WATER. NICE BONDA BATTER IS READY
  4. HEAT A KADHAI ON THE STOVE AND ADD OIL. TAKE THE BANANA MIXTURE DIP IT INTO THE BATTER
  5. TAKE ONE BY ONE AND FRY TILL GOLDEN AND SERVE HOT
