Mushroom and Spinach Quiche

Ingredients to make Mushroom and Spinach Quiche

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup of Milk
  • salt as needed
  • 1/4 cup of cheese
  • Pepper powder- 1 tsp
  • Cherry tomatoes cut into halves- 6
  • Mushrooms- 1/2 cup chopped
  • Broccoli- 3-4 pods
  • Spinach -1/4 cup
  • Oil 1/2 tbsp
  • Butter for greasing
  • Bread slices2-3 toasted

How to make Mushroom and Spinach Quiche

  1. Preheat oven to 350°C.
  2. Grease a baking tin with butter and keep it aside.
  3. In a pan put few drops of oil and saute the mushrooms, spinach, broccoli for a few minutes until half cooked.
  4. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Add in the sauted veggies, tomatoes, bread slices, salt and pepper. Combine well.
  5. Take a baking pan and grease well with butter. Now layer the toasted bread slices in such a way that it covers the base of the pan fully.
  6. Now pour the prepared mixture on top of the bread slices.
  7. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake this for 25 minutes .
  8. Serve it warm.
My Tip: You can omit the cheese for making this more healthy.
