ABOUT Banana Halwa RECIPE

With the rendezvous of my eyes with the sweets yesterday at the sweet shop and the availability of bananas at my home, I instantly thought of making this yummy “Banana Halwa”. The chopped almonds along with cardamom powder and saffron give a wonderful taste to the halwa; also managing the overall sweetness of the halwa.

  1. Banana: 1 (140 gms, ripe, peeled and mashed)
  2. Sugar: 1-2 tbsp

  2. Fry the almonds and keep aside.
  3. In the same pan add the banana and cook for about 1-2 minutes.
