Ingredients to make Raw mango chutney

  • Raw mango-1 medium sized
  • mint leaves-2 tbsp
  • coriander leaves-2 tbsp
  • jaggery-1 tbsp
  • salt
  • Green chilli-1
  • ginger-1 /2 inch pc
  • cumin Powder-1 tsp

How to make Raw mango chutney

  1. Mix chopped mango pieces, coriander, mint leaves and rest of the ingredients in a mixer jar and grind into a smooth paste
  2. You can adjust the taste according to your liking by adding more jaggery if you want it to be on a sweeter side.

My Tip:

This is very good in summers as it helps in digestion as well as prevents from hot waves.
