  • Whole wheat flour 1 cup
  • corn meal 1 cup
  • curd. 1/2 cup
  • oil. 1/2 cup
  • sugar. 1 cup
  • Baking powder. 1 tsp
  • baking soda. 1/4 tsp
  • Orange juice. 1 cup
  • mango puree. 1/2 cup
  • Chopped grapes few

How to make Mix fruit whole wheat cupcakes/ muffins

  1. Collect all the ingredients
  2. Sieve whole wheat flour, corn meal, baking powder, baking soda, salt for 2-3 times.
  3. After sifting flour residue found throw it.
  4. In another bowl mix powdered sugar, oil, curd mix it well.
  5. Then add sugar to dry ingredients and mix it well
  6. Add chopped fruits, juice beat for 5 minutes.
  7. Preheat oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
  8. Pour the batter into greased moulds/silicone, paper, ramekins etc.
  9. Arrange these cup cakes in preheated oven for 20 -25 minutes till done.
