Ingredients to make Achari Mushrooms

  • Mushrooms - 400 gms
  • Onions - 2 big sliced
  • Tomato - 1 chopped small
  • Garlic - 2 cloves finely chopped
  • Turmeric pwdr - half tspn
  • Salt to taste
  • Green chilly pickle - 2 to 3 tspns (adjust to taste )
  • Coriander leaves for garnish

How to make Achari Mushrooms

  1. Here are the Ingredients used in this recipe
  2. Put oil in the kadhai, when hot add sliced onions and chopped garlic. Saute well till the raw smell goes away
  3. Put Turmeric powder and salt and mix well, then add chopped tomatoes & cook for 2 minutes
  4. Put chilli pickle with masala in it. You can add more if you want it spicy and mix well
  5. Now add the sliced mushrooms in it and mix well. Let it cook on high flame
  6. This is how I added the mushrooms
  7. After the mushrooms are cooked garnish with coriander leaves
  8. Garnish with coriander leaves
  9. Turn off the gas and serve hot with rotis :blush:
