Sindhi Milk Koki

Ingredients to make Sindhi Milk Koki

  • 1 big katori wheat flour
  • salt to taste about 1 tsp
  • Black pepper powder half a tsp
  • oil 4 to 5 tsp
  • Cold or lukewarm milk 5 to 6 tsp less or more
  • To serve with :
  • Boiled eggs 2
  • masala Tea

How to make Sindhi Milk Koki

  1. Take 1 katori of wheat flour
  2. Add salt, black pepper powder and oil.
  3. Rub oil in to the dough. Add moyan . It should resemble like flaky dough.
  4. Add lukewarm or cold milk little by little
  5. Once dough forms into ball shape, roll with rolling pin pressing the edges time to time
  6. Roll into little thick roti like shape
  7. It's ready to be basted on griddle
  8. Heat the griddle properly. Now lower the flame.
  9. Once it's done on the down side flip it.

While basting the koki always put the flame on sim
