Ingredients to make Quick Easy Chicken Peri Peri

  • Chiken Big pieces one kg
  • Hot Paprika or our good old kashmiri dry chillies minimum 10 no.
  • Few black pappercorn
  • One stick cinnamon
  • Jalpano chillies 2 no
  • ginger 1"
  • garlic 1 bulb
  • Few strands of cilantro
  • lemon juice 1 tb spn
  • salt
  • Sweet paprika powder
  • olive oil

How to make Quick Easy Chicken Peri Peri

  1. Wash the chicken
  2. Rub some salt and lime juice
  3. Grind all the ingredients except oil
  4. Rub this on chicken and let it rest for an hour in the fridge
  5. Heat oil
  6. And add the chicken pieces
  7. Cook it on low flame for 25 to 30 minutes
  8. Drizzle some paprika on the top.
  9. Serve hot

My Tip:

It tastes better dry, but if you like you can make it semi solid. Pair it with nice sangria to enjoy!
