Ingredients to make Banana pie with whipped cream

  • For banana pie
  • Ripe banana 6
  • Milk powder 1 bowl
  • sugar 1/2 bowl
  • ghee 2 tbsp
  • cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
  • For samak rice button and caramel flower
  • sugar 1/2 bowl
  • Roasted samak rice 2 tbsp
  • ghee 2 tsp
  • For Filling
  • Fresh cream 3 tsp
  • Icing sugar 1 bowl
  • Chopped dry fruits 2 table spoon

How to make Banana pie with whipped cream

  1. Take banana, peel and mash with a fork and make a smooth paste
  2. Take a wok, add ghee in it fry the mashed banana and reduce it. Add milk powder and stir continuously then add sugar in it and again stir continuously. When halwa is leaving the sides of the wok and become shiny take it off immediately and shape it semi circular with the help of a bowl and keep it in the fridge for 15 mins to set
  3. Now take another wok and add sugar in it at a very low flame to melt it. Keep stirring, when it melts completely take a foil paper and design a flower with this caramel syrup and keep aside
  4. Now add ghee and roast samak rice in the caramel sauce left in the wok. keep stirring, apply water on your hand and make smalls balls of this caramelized samak rice and keep aside
  5. Now take a bowl beat the cream add icing sugar in it add dry fruits in it and keep in the fridge for 5 min
  6. Now take out caramel flower from the foil paper carefully, Take out the pie from the fridge and demould it
  7. Now place banana pie in the plate, fill it with whipped dry fruits cream and garnish with the samak ball and caramel flower. Serve chilled!

You can eat it during fast too.
