Eggless Banana Brownie

Ingredients to make Eggless Banana Brownie

  • All purpose flour- 1 cup
  • Ripe banana- 2
  • Baking Powder- 1tsp
  • Curd - 4 tbsp
  • Soft Butter - 2/4 cup
  • Sugar - 1/2 cup
  • Powder sugar - 1 -2 tbsp for garnishing

How to make Eggless Banana Brownie

  1. Take a bowl. Add banana, smash it now add soft butter, Sugar, curd and whisk till smooth
  2. Then add all purpose flour and baking powder (pass through the sieve). Mix well with wet ingredients and make a thick batter.
  3. Meanwhile keep a aluminium rack inside the cooker and pre heat pressure cooker for 2 mins on high flame.
  4. Then Grease cake tin with 1 tsp oil/butter and dust it with flour.
  5. Pour batter Into the cake tin and place the cake tin inside the cooker.
  6. Close lid without locking it. Turn down flame to low fire for 40 mins or till the toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Then take out from cooker, wait for 6-7 mins to cool down.
  8. Cut it in square shapes and sprinkle powder sugar.
  9. If you are using convection microwave/OTG oven then pre heat to 175 /180 C and then bake it for 35 - 40 mins or till the toothpick comes out clean.
