Banana Sabudana Wada

Ingredients to make Banana Sabudana Wada

  • 2 Raw Banana
  • 1 Cup Washed and Soaked Sabudana
  • 1/4 Cup Crushed Groundnut
  • 2 Tsp Ginger Chilli Paste
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp finely chopped coriander
  • 1/4 tsp Jeera
  • Salt to taste
  • oil to fry

How to make Banana Sabudana Wada

  1. Pressure cook the bananas up to four whistle.
  2. When the cooker cools down peel the bananas and remove the skin. Mesh it properly.
  3. Mix soaked sabudana, ginger chilli paste, sugar, lemon juice, crushed groundnut, coriander, jeera and salt to taste.
  4. Make balls of the mixture and deep fry till golden brown.
