ABOUT Wheat Banana Raab (porridge for infants above six months. RECIPE

Doctors allow to introduce wheat flour after six months. You can give wheat in porridge form. Avoid giving sugar till age of one, so here Banana will compensate the sweetness required.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Banana 2
  2. Wheat flour 2 tsp
  3. Ghee 2 tsp
  4. Milk 1 cup (its 1 cup per spoon of flour)
  5. Water 1 cup / 1/2 cup
  6. Sugar 2 tsp (optional)
  7. Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
  8. Blanched Almond 1 per infant ( optional)

Instructions

  1. Add flour and ghee to the pan. Stir taking care the flour should not burn.
  2. Add hot water.
  3. Add hot milk to it.
  4. Stir constantly
  5. Add sugar (optional) / Jaggery
  6. Add Cardamom powder
  7. The consistency should be pouring
  8. Mash Bananas
  9. Add mashed Banana to the cooled porridge.
  10. Mix well, add Cardamom powder
  11. Your Banana Porridge is ready to serve
  12. Serve little cold.
