  • Milk - 1 cup
  • Condensed milk- 1/2 cup
  • Ripe banana- 2
  • Sugar - 5 tbsp or adjust as per your sweet tooth
  • Vanilla essence- 1/2 tsp
  • Cornflour- 2 tbsp

How to make Egg less caramel Banana Pudding

  1. Take a blender. Put all the ingredients and blend till smooth.
  2. Heat a pan with 2 tbsp sugar wait till the sugar caramelizes
  3. Pour caramel immediately into the pudding bowl.
  4. Now pour pudding mixture into the pudding bowl.
  5. Heat a pressure cooker with 1/2 cup water
  6. Place pudding bowl Inside the cooker
  7. Close the lid. Remove the whistle and reduced flame to low for 20 mins
  8. Caramel Banana Pudding is ready. Wait for 6-7 mins for the cooker to cool down
  9. For microwave: Pour 1/2 cup water into a flat bowl then place the pudding bowl in it
  10. Microwave it on full power for 8-10 mins

  12. Take a serving plate and flip the pudding bowl over and serve hot or chilled
