Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Raw banana 2
  2. Onion 1
  3. Green chilli and garlic ginger paste
  4. Turmeric Powder
  5. Salt
  6. Garam masala
  7. Chickpea flour
  8. Oil for masala
  9. Oil for fry

Instructions

  1. First boil raw banana
  2. Take out skin and mash it
  3. Take a pan add 1 tbsp oil and add chopped onion
  4. Add ginger, garlic and green chilli paste
  5. Fry for 1 min
  6. Add turmeric garam masala and red chilli powder
  7. Add salt and mix then add coriander leaves and your masala is ready
  8. For batter: Take 1 cup chickpea flour add turmeric, salt and a pinch of cooking soda in it
  9. Make a small round of the masala
  10. Dip one by one into the batter and deep fry
  11. Its ready to eat with imli chutney and fried chillies.
