Ingredients to make Banana Flaxseed Smoothie

  • Ripe banana 1
  • chilled milk 1 cup
  • flax seeds powder 1 tablespoon
  • honey to taste(optional)

How to make Banana Flaxseed Smoothie

  1. First grind the flax seeds into fine powder.
  2. Blend Falx seeds powder, banana and chilled milk.
  3. Add honey at last and blend once.
  4. Serve chill.

My Tip:

adding honey is optional, if you don't want it sweet and if you feel the banana sweetness is enough then skip honey. You can add few ice cubes while blending for more chillness. For different taste you can add 1 tsp cocoa powder also, will tastes great.
