It is a Healthy Simple and Easy smoothie recipe. While in Gm diet also you can take this smoothie on the day 4. It is such a good filling and yet tasty.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Ripe Banana 1
  2. chilled milk 1 cup
  3. flax seeds powder 1 tablespoon
  4. Honey to taste(optional)

Instructions

  1. First grind the flax seeds into fine powder.
  2. Blend Falx seeds powder, banana and chilled milk.
  3. Add honey at last and blend once.
  4. Serve chill.
