No-Churn Vanilla Ice Cream

Ingredients to make No-Churn Vanilla Ice Cream

  • Heavy whipping cream 500 ml (2 cups)
  • Sweetened condensed milk 395g (1 can)
  • Vanilla extract 2 teaspoons

How to make No-Churn Vanilla Ice Cream

  1. In a large bowl add the condensed milk and vanilla extract. Combine well.
  2. In another mixing bowl pour the whipping cream. Beat the cream using an electric whisk for about 3 minutes until stiff peaks form. You may use a food processor instead.
  3. Add around 1 cup of whipping cream into the condensed milk vanilla extract mixture and fold gently. Next fold in the remaining whipping cream into the mixture.
  4. Transfer the contents to a freezer safe bowl with lid. Freeze for 7-8 hours or until solid.
