Ingredients to make Raw Banana Veggie

  • 1 Raw banana
  • 1 Medium Carrot
  • 100 grams red pumpkin
  • 1 cup dessicated coconut
  • Salt to taste
  • 1tspn chilli powder
  • 1tspn cummin powder
  • 1 tblspn ghee
  • A small piece jaggery

How to make Raw Banana Veggie

  1. Peel cut veggies and raw banana
  2. Take a cup full of coconut scraped
  3. Heat ghee in pressure cooker
  4. Splutter cumin, add veggies seasoning and jaggery
  5. Add coconut and half cup water
  6. Pressure cook for ten minutes and remove pressure to not let the contents over cook.
  7. Serve with curd and rice or Rice rotis
My Tip: To give taste use jaggery as option
