Paneer Chilli Dry

Ingredients to make Paneer Chilli Dry

  • Paneer 200 grams cut into cubes
  • Onion 1 diced
  • bell pepper (diced )1 cup
  • spring onion 2 (chopped)
  • Garlic chopped 1 tablespoon
  • ginger chopped 1 teaspoon
  • green chillies 1 or 2 verticality cut into two pieces
  • Olive oil 2 tablespoon
  • Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  • Vinegar 1 teaspoon
  • red chili sauce 1 tablespoon
  • tomato ketchup 2 tablespoon
  • corn flour 1 teaspoon dissolved in 2 tablespoon water
  • salt to taste(all sauces contain some amount of salt )

How to make Paneer Chilli Dry

  1. First of all mix all sauces: soy sauce, vinegar, chilli sauce, tomato ketchup in a bowl.
  2. Heat oil in a pan add paneer cubes and saute till little brown in colour, remove from oil and keep aside
  3. now in leftover oil add green chilli, ginger, garlic, spring onions(green), onions, bell pepper, Saute on high flame for about 5 minute
  4. Add mixture of sauces and corn flour which is mixed in water
  5. Add salt if required (all sauces contain salt so taste n then add if required)
  6. Lastly add pieces of paneer and toss well
  7. Garnish with chopped green spring onions, Serve hot.
