Ingredients to make BANANA FRITTERS Vegan & Gluten Free

  • Ripe banana: 2
  • Rice flour: 1 cup
  • Powdered sugar: ½ cup (adjust according to taste)
  • Baking powder: ½ tsp (gluten free)
  • oil to fry

How to make BANANA FRITTERS Vegan & Gluten Free

  1. Peel the bananas and smash them in the mixing bowl using potato masher.
  2. Pour rest of the ingredients (except oil) in the bowl and mix thoroughly until everything comes together.
  3. Pour around 1-2 cups oil in wok and heat on medium flame. When the oil is hot, take an ice-cream scoop or tablespoon filled with the mixture and drop the mixture in the hot oil. Fry 6-8 fritters at a time. Don’t over crowd the wok.
  4. Fry fritters till golden brown in color. Once done remove from oil with a slotted spoon and place on a paper towel to get rid of excess oil.
  5. Serve Banana Fritters warm with your evening hot tea. If serving as dessert, drizzle honey on fritters and serve warm.
