Ingredients to make Banana Stem Raita

  • 10 inch banana stem
  • 2 green chillies
  • 1 red chilli
  • salt to taste
  • curry leaves
  • 2 cups curd slightly sour

How to make Banana Stem Raita

  1. Remove the fiber from the banana Stem and cut it into small pieces
  2. Cook the banana Stem in water until it is done
  3. Strain the water and add curds, mix the salt
  4. Heat oil in a pan when hot add mustard seeds, chopped chillies and curry leaf
  5. Healthy banana Stem Raita is ready and goes well with rice or chappathis
