Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Ripe banana - 2
  2. Sugar - 150 gm
  3. Milk - 1 cup
  4. Vanilla icecream - 4 scoops
  5. Butter - 2- 3 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Brown butter in a pan.Add the chopped bananas to the sizzling butter.Add sugar, caramelise it, coat the bananas well with the caramelised sugar.Cook for approx 5 mins. Keep aside to cool.
  2. In a blender pour the milk,add the fried bananas and finally icecream.Blend well to get a smooth shake.
  3. Pour into glasses and top it with toppings of your choice
