Shikaran

Ingredients to make Shikaran

  • Milk 250 mililitre
  • sugar 2 tablespoon or according to taste
  • Ripe banana 2
  • cardamom powder a pinch
  • milk masala 1/6 teaspoon
  • pomegranate pearl few to garnish

How to make Shikaran

  1. Take chilled milk and add sugar
  2. stir till sugar dissolves completely
  3. peel and chop bananas in small pieces
  4. add to sweet milk
  5. add cardamom powder and milk masala
  6. garnish with pomegranate pearls
  7. it is ready to serve.

My Tip:

you can mash and use banana pieces
