Kele ka halwa

Ingredients to make Kele ka halwa

  • 3-4 rajgeri banana
  • 3 glasses Thick Fresh Coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar (or as per your sweetness)
  • Ghee as required
  • 2-3 saffron
  • 1/4 cup mawa

How to make Kele ka halwa

  1. Cut the banana in half and slit.
  2. Shallow fry in ghee untill brown and cooked.
  3. In a big wok put the layer of fried bananas.
  4. Then add all ingredients in it and switch on the gas.
  5. Cover the lid and Let it cook until everything is cooked and ghee starts separating and banana has absorbed the coconut milk.
  6. Serve in a bowl.
My Tip: You can add cream for rich taste.
