Ingredients to make Stuffed banana shahi toast

  • 4 slice bread
  • For stuffing
  • 3 mashed banana
  • 1/2 bowl milk powder
  • 1tsp ghee
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • Chopped dry fruits 2 tablespoon
  • 2 tablespoon rose syrup
  • For rabri
  • 2 cup milk
  • 1 cup milk powder
  • sugar 2 table spoon
  • Chopped dry fruits 1 tablespoon
  • oil to fry
  • 1/2 cup milk for dipping
  • 1 cup sugar syrup

How to make Stuffed banana shahi toast

  1. First cut sides of bread slices and cut into triangle
  2. Take a wok add ghee in it add mashed banana stir well reduce it add milk powder and make a thick shiny mixture, add sugar, dry fruits and rose syrup and reduce it, cool it down.
  3. Take a slice of bread dip in milk squeezed with palm place banana stuffing place another dipped squeezed bread slice on it press lightly to squeeze extra milk, like this make all toast
  4. Mean while take a wok heat oil and fry all toast.
  5. Take another wok add milk and milk powder heat it reduce it Keep stirring it and after reduce to half add sugar in it, keep stirring for 5 min, switch off the flame and keep in the fridge for cooling
  6. Dip for a minute, all the toasts one by one and plate in a plate pour rabri on it add dry fruits on it
  7. serve chilled
