Masala Aloo Roti

Ingredients to make Masala Aloo Roti

  • Boiled potatoes 1 big
  • Wheat flour 1 cup
  • Schezwan sauce 2 tbs
  • Chilli ginger paste 1 tsp
  • Salt
  • Oil 1 tbs
  • Chopped Coriander and mint leaves 1/2 cup
  • Cumin seeds coarsely grinded 1 tsp
  • Water
  • Oil for cooking roti

How to make Masala Aloo Roti

  1. Smash boiled potatoes add Schezwan sauce, chilli ginger paste, salt, coarsely grinded cumin seeds, chopped coriander and mint leaves mix well.
  2. Add wheat flour, oil and knead the dough with the help of water. Do not add much water.
  3. Rest for 5 minutes.
  4. Heat roti tawa on medium flame.
  5. Make small balls from the dough and roll medium size roti.
  6. Cook this roti on the tawa on both sides then apply oil will spatula again cook to make golden brown crispy roti.
  7. Masala aloo Roti is ready to serve with any vegetable, Dal or even with tea or coffee in breakfast
